Returns & Exchanges
We offer one complimentary resize if it is within 3 sizes up or down for any rings purchased through Unis London within 30 days of receiving your product. A receipt will need to be provided to obtain the free resize.
We do not accept returns of:

Individual loose gemstones

Bespoke pieces
-
Jewellery that has been engraved

Pieces that have been worn and/or damaged

Pieces that have been altered, or had any work done by another jeweller

Please note: reduced-price jewellery cannot be returned to Unis London.
Warranty & Aftercare
We offer a 3-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. When the item is inspected and identified by Unis London as being damaged, we will repair the damage free of charge.
- Any form of work, maintenance, servicing, resizing, polishing or other services performed by anyone other than Unis London will void your Manufacturer Warranty.
- We do not provide warranties for damage due to everyday wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft.
- Stones or any jewellery fragments lost or damaged as a result of everyday wear, or dropping is not Unis London's responsibility.
- Unis London does not offer warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft.
